The Songs of Stars

“Songs of Stars” is an 80,000-word literary fiction, with elements of speculative fiction and eco-thriller. It blends elements of allegorical love story, philosophical exploration of past life regression along with ecological themes. The book is currently unpublished and seeking literary representation, with a screenplay adaptation in progress by the author.

If the soul is immortal, it has a history. Richard Ikon remembers parts of this history and fuses them to the present, creating the future.

The site of the world’s largest Uranium deposit is the stage that is set to define the characters of a few men and women, and impact the lives of millions.

Richard Ikon, a weary corporate mediator, haunted by dreams and memories from past lives where he witnesses the deaths of historical figures like Joan of Arc, Giordano Bruno, and Ann Frank. These regressions reveal a cyclical pattern of resistance against oppression and destruction.

Driven by the souls of martyrs, Richard Ikon confronts primordial darkness in a heart-warming yet terrifying odyssey. From Arizona’s sacred deserts to Congo’s treacherous mountains, two souls separated by centuries follow a timeless melody to reunite amid miracles, betrayals, and ecological peril.

Blending lyrical fantasy with urgent themes of resilience and hope, “Songs of Stars” is an allegorical eco-thriller where integrity and sacrifice illuminate the eternal voices within us all.
