Slam Dog

Crazy Tommy’s Poetry Slam is crashed by a mentally ill activist writer, he is shown out but returns with a gun and shoots Crazy Tommy. The Pope’s Jubilee celebration is in full tilt and the only two officers available to dispatch are notoriously prone to calamity. The officers end up hostages to the strangely lovable, rag tag poets, who only demand a few pizzas and a meeting with His Holiness.
